The aim of this Computational Fluid Dynamics Analysis is to examine the effectiveness o the designed air conditioning system for the ‘1st, 2nd & 3rd floor of Saint Gobin R&D Center, IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai such that it provides favourable working conditions for its occupants /equipment and meets the required standards. The specific objective is as Follows,

1. The temperature must be maintained below 20 C and the temperature gradients in the area of interest must be below.
2. The RH must not be more than 60%.
3. The velocity gradients must be below.
